About Linley

Linley Hawkes is a specialist Property Lawyer who provides advice and assistance for both private and commercial clients with property and commercial acquisitions and transactions, subdivisions, unit titles and cross-leases, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and leasing.

She has over 30 years experience in the legal profession developed initially from working as a legal secretary before becoming a qualified Legal Executive in 1998.

Linley completed her law degree in 2014 and has a variety of experience from working at large and medium law firms in Auckland City as well as local firms on the North Shore.

Linley grew up on the North Shore and lives locally in Mairangi Bay and is a member of the New Zealand Law Society Property Law Section and The Law Association Continuing Professional Development Committee.
